It produces a durable and highly elastic membrane by curing the humidity.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application fields<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Roofs,<\/li>\n<li>Terraces, verandas and balconies,<\/li>\n<li>Corrosioned metal or gypsium and cement roofs,<\/li>\n<li>Acrylic and asphalt membranes,<\/li>\n<li>Watering flower bed,<\/li>\n<li>Brdige platforms,<\/li>\n<li>Gypsium and cement panels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Consumption<\/b><\/p>\n<p>First layer 0.8-0.9 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup> .<\/p>\n<p>Second layer: 0.7-0.9 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup> .<\/p>\n<p>Sprayed application: Each layer 0.8 kg\/m<sup>2 <\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Total min. consumption: 1.5-2.0 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Advantages<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Simple application (brush, roller or airless spray)<\/li>\n<li>When applied forms seamless membrane without joints.<\/li>\n<li>As it is pure polyurethane, it can continually contact with water.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains its mechanical properties\u00a0 over a temperature span of -30<sup>o<\/sup>C and +90<sup>o<\/sup>C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>New and old Concrete<\/b><\/p>\n<p>All surfaces must be free of oil, grease and moisture before the application to increase the adhesion of CESTL TEK1000. Clean the surface with a high pressure washer or sanding and remove oil, grease and wax contaminants, cement laitance, loose particles and mould release agents must be removed.
